Tailoring to Your Needs

From concept to delivery, we’ve perfected the packaging manufacturing process.
It’s much easier than you think. How do we customize?  It’s no secret.

1.
Options

You will discuss basic styles and box sizes with an experienced project developer. To get things started, you can email a photo or choose a box from our gallery.

2.
Initial Estimate

A general estimate is provided and material is chosen. If you don’t have any specifications in mind, our staff can recommend appropriate options for your needs.

3.
Sample Fitting

Send us your product samples for measuring, fitting and die-line preparation. We will then build a sample package to fit your specific supplied product(s) and confirm the initial estimate.

4.
Proofing

We will generate a cut-proof and provide you with a working template to “drop” your graphic files. We will provide a PDF graphic proof (or, depending on project requirements, we can arrange to ship you a hard proof).

5.
Manufacturing

A tooling die is constructed upon project approval. For complete in-house production and quality control, digital information is then transferred to our plant manufacturing system.

6.
Fulfillment

If services are required, SPI can kit, assemble, and shrink wrap your product(s) into the newly manufactured package.

7.
Shipping / Storage

We can prepare packages for transit, arrange partial or complete delivery with our trusted shipping partners, and/or store inventory in our warehouse.
